Shipping Details
- We currently ship within India only.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and pincode.
- You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
- Delivery to remote pincodes may take an additional 2–3 days.
Pre-Booked Orders
- Pre-booked items are handcrafted upon order and take 10–15 business days for dispatch.
- You will be notified at each stage of production.
- Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not after order placement.
Returns & Exchanges
At Vayomeie, every piece is shaped by hand — naturally dyed, handloom-woven, and finished with the kind of care that only comes from people who love what they make. We hope your order arrives feeling exactly right. But if something doesn't, we're here.
We accept returns of unused, unwashed pieces with all original tags attached, when you reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Approved returns are issued as store credit — so you can take your time finding the piece that truly belongs in your wardrobe.
A few gentle notes
- Because each piece involves days of careful work, we don't offer cash refunds — except in cases of a fulfilment error: a missing item, the wrong piece, or one that arrives damaged.
- We can process one return or exchange per order, so please choose with intention.
- Pre-booked items, custom sizes, and pieces marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. These are dyed, woven, or held just for you.
- Return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the piece arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong one.
How to start a return or exchange
Write to us at admin@vayomeie.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 8523032783 with your order number and a quick note on the reason. We respond within one working day — usually faster.
If something arrives damaged
On the rare day a piece reaches you with a flaw, or we ship the wrong one, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number and a couple of photos of the issue to admin@vayomeie.com and we'll arrange a free return pickup — followed by a replacement, or, at our discretion, a full refund to your original payment method.
